“النقض” تحجز طعن طلاب تجارة الأزهر للحكم نهاية العام الجاري

حجزت محكمة النقض، اليوم الثلاثاء، الطعن المقدم من 34 من طلاب جامعة الأزهر، على خلفية الأحكام الصادرة بحقهم بالسجن المشدد بين 5 و7 سنوات، فى القضية ٧٣٩٩ لسنة ٢٠١٣ جنايات مدينة نصر، المعروفة إعلاميا بأحداث كلية التجارة جامعة الأزهر عام 2013 للحكم بجلسة ٢٦ ديسمبر ٢٠١٧ القادم.

وطالب الطعن المقدم من الطلاب لمحكمة النقض، بقبول طعنهم وإلغاء الأحكام الصادرة ضدهم فى القضية، وبحسب قرار محكمة النقض فمن المنتظر صدور قرار فى الطعن نهاية العام الجارى.
